Ingredients (9)

170.00 g butter
380.00 g yellow sugar
2.00 eggs — large
375.00 g flour — cake
12.00 ml Baking powder
310.00 ml milk
1.00 peanuts — chocolate coated
140.00 g icing sugar
50.00 ml chocolate — melted

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Beat butter and sugar together until light. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in the flour and baking powder alternately with the milk.
Place paper cups inside a muffin tin and half fill each with mixture. Place 4 chocolate peanuts into each one, then top with remaining mixture. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and cool.
Mix icing sugar with 20 ml water and spread over each cake. Once icing has hardened, drizzle with melted chocolate. Makes 24.
