Method:

Basiese pizza-deeg
‘n Elektriese menger sal jou lewe vergemaklik, maar aan die ander kant: Die beste pizza-deeg word met die hand geknie, so probeer dit!

Dié resep is genoeg vir 6 medium-groot pizzas (sowat 20 cm in deursnee). Vir meer, maak die deeg eerder 2 keer aan as om die resep te verdubbel, want om ‘n kilogram deeg te knie is harde werk. Selfs jou elektriese menger sal swaarkry met meer as 500 g meel op ‘n slag.

Volg die resep vir die deeg om jou pizza-basisse te maak. Verhit oond tot 240 °C, en smeer tamatiesous bo-op die pizzadeeg.
Sprinkel gerasperde mozzarellakaas oor. Rangskik ansjovis-filette,
olywe en kappertjiesaad bo-op. Plaas in warm oond en bak vir 10 ? 15 minute. Haal uit en sprinkel vars basiliekruidblare oor. Geur met swartpeper.
