Dry chicken stir-fry

  • oil
  • small onion, finely chopped
  • 250
    g
    mixed vegetables
  • 2
    chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and cut into strips
  • 2
    ml
    chicken spice
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the onion until tender and translucent. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until just done but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from the pan. Season the chicken strips with chicken spice, salt and sugar. Fry in the same pan (do not add more oil) until cooked and brown. Mix everything together and serve hot with rice and a salad. Serves 2-3.
