Dried fruit in brandy

  • SYRUP
  • 500
    ml
    rooibos tea
  • 200
    ml
    brandy
  • 2
    pieces stick cinnamon
  • 2
    whole cloves
  • 65
    ml
    sugar
  • mixed dried fruit such as peaches, apple rings, apricots, prunes
 

Method

 
Boil the syrup ingredients together in a saucepan and cool. Arrange the fruit in sterilised jars and pour over the syrup. Seal.
