    orange juice

    castor sugar

    Campari
  • 2
    oranges, cut into segments
  • YOGHURT JELLY
  • 17

    gelatine
  • 65
    ml
    water

    yoghurt

    icing sugar

    vanilla bean, split
 

Method

 
A Christmas-style drink made into a jelly and a second layer of yoghurt jelly make a very refreshing dessert.
CAMPARI & ORANGE JELLY
Sprinkle gelatine over water and let stand for five minutes.
Heat orange juice and sugar over a medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add gelatine and simmer for five minutes until clear.
Remove from heat and stir in Campari and oranges.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and put in the fridge to set.
YOGHURT JELLY
Sprinkle gelatine over the water and set aside for five minutes.
Simmer together yoghurt, icing sugar and vanilla bean for five minutes.
Add gelatine and stir for two minutes.
Remove the vanilla bean and pour mixture over the Campari jelly.
Chill until set,. Slice and serve.

TIP: If you do not want to use alcohol, substitute Campari with another 160 ml orange juice.
