Stack and pack
Cut the rye bread into slices and drizzle them with Extra Virgin olive oil. Take a slice
of bread, top with a slice of ham and tomatoes, and put another
slice of bread on top. Now add rocket/lettuce and loads of Parmesan shavings and season with salt and pepper. Place another piece of bread on top of this to
finish off the double-decker sandwich.
