Strawberry milkshake

Make this easy and healthy smoothie-style milkshake with the kids. They will slurp it down in minutes!

  • 2
    frozen strawberries
  • 2
    low-fat strawberry yoghurt
  • 1/2
  • 2
    castor sugar
  • 2
    ice cubes
  • 3
  • hundreds and thousands to decorate
Servings: Change Serving


Put the strawberries, yoghurt, milk, castor sugar and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Brush honey on the inside of the rim of the glass, and dip in a bowl of ‘hundreds and thousands’ to coat.

Pour in the milkshake and serve immediately.
