Dill and mustard sauce

    g
    prepared American-style mustard
  • 60
    ml
    sugar
  • 150
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • 15
    ml
    finely chopped fresh dill
 

Method

 
Mix mustard and sugar. Drizzle in oil, beating constantly. (If you add oil too fast, mixture will separate. If this happens, add a few drops of ice-cold water, stirring.) Once the sauce is thick and smooth, stir in the dill. Makes 250 ml (1 cup).
