50 ml whiskey — Lagavulin 16 year Old Islay Single Malt
2 dash
2 plum sauce
mirin

Method:

Mix all ingredients together.

Pair with a Karoo salt cured Warthog, Maaskaas cheese and microgreen open rye sandwich.
