Ingredients (6)

pizza bases (see recipe for basic pizza dough)
20.00 ml pesto — basil
tomato and garlic paste (see recipe)
100.00 g onions — thinly sliced
125.00 g mozzarella cheese — cubed
150.00 g crème fraîche — or smooth cottage cheese
100.00 g salmon — smoked, thinly sliced
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

1. Spread prepared pizza bases with basil pesto and tomato and garlic paste.
2. Top with onion rings and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven and spread crème fraîche over the pizza. Arrange salmon slices on top. Season with black pepper and serve. Makes two 32 cm pizzas.
