Preheat the oven to 210°C. Place a tray in the oven to heat. Carefully press pizza bases into and up the sides of two deep oven-proof pans (approx 22cm each), and prick each pizza base with a fork. Place the pans in the oven, on the hot tray. Bake for 5 minutes and remove. In a small bowl, whisk together the passata and olive oil. Brush a generous amount of the mixture onto the pizza bases. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes and salami, season and drizzle with a little olive oil.
