Ingredients

  • 300
    g
    fresh, drained tofu
  • beaten egg or egg white
  • crushed cornflakes
  • sunflower oil for deep frying
 

Method

 
Cut tofu into desired shapes and sizes. Dip into beaten egg or egg white (cornflour, arrowroot or even water can be used instead for a vegan diet), then into crushed cornflakes and deep-fry in hot sunflower oil. Drain and serve with a salad and dip.
