Dark chocolate truffles

Ingredients (4)

1/2 cup cream
300 g dark chocolate — 70% finely chopped
1 Tbs amarula
cocoa powder — to dust

Method:

Heat the cream in a small pot to almost boiling. Place the chocolate pieces into a bowl, pour over the hot cream and allow to melt, stir in the Amarula.

Pour the mixture into a small bowl and refrigerate for three to four hours or until set.

To make the truffles:
Remove a small amount of chocolate using a teaspoon; using your hands, roll quickly into a ball; dust in cocoa and refrigerate until ready to serve. Repeat until all the chocolate is used up.

To serve:
Serve dusted with extra cocoa.
