Method

+/- 30 min
 
Preheat the oven to 200ºC and grease a muffin pan with non-stick food spray. Mix the dry ingredients, add the dates and nuts and combine. Beat the yoghurt, milk, butter and eggs together and add to the dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed and spoon into the prepared muffin pan. Bake for about 30 minutes. Makes about 8 large muffins.
