Dark chocolate and cherry truffles

Ingredients (5)

170 g dark chocolate — 50-60%
100 ml cream
20 ml butter — softened
55 g cherries — chopped
cocoa powder — or chopped nuts, to coat

Method:

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.

Bring the cream to the boil and pour it over the chopped chocolate, then wait for two minutes. Stir gently to combine.

Blend the butter and the chopped cherries into the chocolate and cream mixture. Place in the fridge until firm.

Roll into small balls, then roll each ball in cocoa or chopped nuts until evenly coated.
