Add all the ingredients to the food processer or mixer bowl, beat until thick and creamy, at least 3 minutes.
Pour into a greased cake tin and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes, until done.
When baked, turn out onto a large platter or cake plate, leave the cake up-side down.
Prick the underside of the cake well with a fork or toothpick.
Pour over the warm orange syrup.
Decorate with orange slices, fresh or caramelised.
Boil the ingredients together until thick and syrupy, pour over the warm cake.
