Custard tarts with fruit and brandied Mascarpone

    ml
    brandy
  • 125
    ml
    mascarpone
  • clementine preserve
  • 4
    ready-made custard tarts
  • 50
    g
    almond flakes, toasted
 

Method

 
Stir the brandy into the mascarpone.

Spoon the clementine preserve on top of the custard tarts and serve together with the brandied mascarpone and a sprinkling of almond flakes.
