Method

 
Prepare the basic mince mixture as described and spoon into an ovenproof dish. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Sift the dry ingredients together and rub in the butter. Add just enough milk to make a dough that is easy to roll out and mix lightly. Roll out until about 7 mm thick. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and spread over the dough. Roll up and cut into 1 cm-thick slices. Arrange on top of the mince and bake for about 30-40 minutes or until the dough slices are done and lightly browned on top. Serves 4.
