    low fat yoghurt

    low fat mayonnaise

    mild curry paste or curry sauce

    runny honey

    shredded, cooked chicken

    sliced celery
  • 125
    g
    sultana grapes, halved and seeded
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 1
    apple, chopped
  • mixed salad leaves to serve
 

Method

 
For a quick salad, mix together yoghurt with low fat mayonnaise, mild curry paste or curry sauce, honey, shredded, cooked chicken, sliced celery, sultana grapes, onion and apple. Season to taste and serve with crisp, mixed salad leaves. This moist salad also makes a delicious sandwich filling.
