Ingredients (10)

175.00 ml yoghurt — low fat
50.00 ml mayonnaise — low-fat
30.00 ml curry paste — or curry sauce, mild
10.00 ml honey — runny
350.00 g chicken — cooked, shredded
200.00 g celery stalks — sliced
125.00 g sultana grapes — halved and seeded
1.00 onion — small, chopped
1.00 apples — chopped

Method:

For a quick salad, mix together yoghurt with low fat mayonnaise, mild curry paste or curry sauce, honey, shredded, cooked chicken, sliced celery, sultana grapes, onion and apple. Season to taste and serve with crisp, mixed salad leaves. This moist salad also makes a delicious sandwich filling.
