Ingredients (4)

1.00 bread — white bread, sliced lengthways
butter — softened
1.00 english cucumber — thinly sliced
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Remove the crusts of the bread.
Place three slices of bread on top of each other and cut into four uniform triangles.
Repeat with the remaining slices (you need three triangles for one sandwich).

Lightly butter the bread triangles.
Arrange the cucumber slices on top of one triangle and season with salt and pepper.

Cover with another triangle and top with the cucumber.
Cover with a third triangle and press together gently.
Repeat with the remaining triangles, arrange the sandwiches on a serving platter and cover with plastic wrap.

Chill until ready to serve.
