Cucumber dip

Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    diced English cucumber
  • 250
    ml
    Bulgarian yoghurt
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Mix the cucumber with a generous pinch of salt and leave to drain for 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Mix with the remaining ingredients and serve cold.
