Ingredients (4)

250.00 ml cucumber — diced
250.00 ml yoghurt — Bulgarian
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Mix the cucumber with a generous pinch of salt and leave to drain for 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Mix with the remaining ingredients and serve cold.
