    ml
    Rice Krispies
  • 500
    ml
    Coco pops
  • 250
    ml
    coconut
  • 80
    ml
    honey
  • 125
    ml
    margarine or butter
  • 80
    ml
    peanut butter
  • 100
    ml
    castor sugar
 

Method

 
Grease a 23 cm square pan.
Mix the Rice Krispies and Coco Pops with the coconut.
Slowly heat the honey, margarine or butter, peanut butter and castor sugar until the fat has melted.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes without stirring.
Mix with the cereal mixture, press into the prepared pan and chill until firm.
Cut into squares and keep refrigerated until needed.
