    sultanas
  • 125
    ml
    self-raising flour
  • 110
    g
    sugar
  • 125
    ml
    coconut
  • 150
    g
    butter
  • 30
    ml
    honey
 

Method

20 min
 
Place oats, sultanas, flour, sugar and coconut in a bowl. Melt the butter and honey and add to the dry ingredients. Mix well to combine. Press into a 28 x 18 cm baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden. Makes: 1 tray Oven temperature: 180ºC Baking time: 20 minutes
