500.00 g baby potatoes
65.00 ml butter
5.00 ml cumin — ground
3.00 bread — day-old, crusts removed, crumbled
10.00 ml sea salt
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

Wash potatoes under running water. Don’t peel. Heat butter and fry potatoes for about 20 minutes until soft and cooked through. Stir regularly. Add cumin, stirring well, and stir-fry for another five minutes. Add crumbs and fry until crisp. Season to taste and serve with fresh coriander leaves and a spoonful of natural yoghurt.
Serves 4.
