Crispy sesame fish

Ingredients (7)

4 fish fillets — white flesh
2 tsp paprika
1/2 lemon — juice only
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup sesame seeds
1 eggs

Method:

Preheat oven at 190 °C.
Lay the fish fillets in an oven-proof greased dish and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper to coat the fillets.
Squeeze over the lemon juice.
In a separate plate, mix some breadcrumbs and sesame seed together.
Beat the egg and coat each fillet in egg.
Coat the fish one by one in the breadcrumb-sesame mix.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve with roast potatoes / root vegetables and a green salad.
