Ingredients

  • 1
    large whole chicken, washed and patted dry
  • 15
    ml
    salt
  • 40
    ml
    paprika
  • 30
    ml
    Cajun spice
 

Method

45 to 60 mins
 
Oven temperature: 200°C

1. Using your hands, rub the chicken generously with the salt, paprika and Cajun spice.
2. Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish and roast in a preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until the skin is crisp and the chicken is cooked through, turning twice during cooking.
