    Cheddar cheese, grated

    extra-large egg, beaten
  • 50
    ml
    melted butter
  • 5
    ml
    fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
  • 1
    ml
    mustard powder
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Method

35-40 min
 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and spray a fairly deep baking sheet with non-stick spray. Mix together all the ingredients and press into the baking sheet to make a 16 x 20 cm rectangle. Bake for 35-40 minutes until done and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Cut into squares or slices and serve lukewarm with fried peppers, or serve cold as a snack. Serves 4.
