Crispy biltong bites

    fairly thin slices white bread, crusts removed
  • small bacon-flavoured savoury crackers
  • 150
  • 25
    vegetable extract (Marmite)
  • finely grated biltong


Cut out shapes of white bread the same size as the crackers. Blend the butter and Marmite and spread both sides of the bread with the butter mixture. Place a cracker between two pieces of bread and roll each bite in biltong. Chill until firm.
