    medium-sized Chinese cabbage, finely chopped

    small bunches spring onions, chopped
  • 2
    stalks celery, chopped

    flaked almonds, toasted
  • 80

    sunflower seeds, toasted
  • SALAD DRESSING
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • 65
    ml
    white grape vinegar
  • 65
    ml
    soft brown sugar
  • 10
    ml
    soy sauce
 

Method

 
Mix all the salad ingredients on a large salad platter. Blend all the ingredients for the salad dressing and pour over the salad. Serves 4.
