    smooth cottage or cream cheese
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 190
    ml
    sugar
  • 3
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Beat cheese until smooth and stir in remaining ingredients. Freeze in an ice cream machine, if possible. Alternatively, half-freeze ice cream and beat well. Repeat once or twice and freeze until firm. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 8 225 kJ (2 965 Cal). A portion: 1 370 kJ (370 Cal).
