    Cremora coffee creamer

    boiling water
  • 125
    ml
    lemon juice -

    Nestlé condensed milk
 

Method

 
Spray a 25 cm pie dish with non-stick spray or grease well. Crush the Tennis biscuits in the food processor. Add the melted butter and line the pie dish with the crumb mixture. Blend the coffee creamer and boiling water in a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice and condensed milk to the mixture, beating until it thickens slightly. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Chill until the mixture has set. Makes a medium-sized tart.
