Ingredients (6)

CRUST
200.00 g Marie biscuits — crushed
100.00 ml butter — melted
FILLING
250.00 g cremora powder
125.00 ml water — boiled
397.00 g condensed milk
125.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Mix the biscuits and butter together and press into a 23 cm pie dish. Dissolve the Cremora in the boiling water (stir until dissolved). Beat the condensed milk and lemon juice together. Add the Cremora and beat until thick and creamy and the mixture turns white. Turn the filling into the biscuit crust and chill until set. Serve with citrus pieces if desired.
Makes 1 medium-sized tart.
