  • 50
    g
    pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped
  • 50
    g
    honey
  • 350
    g
    ricotta cheese
  • 100
    g
    candied peel
  • 150
    g
    chocolate wafers or chocolate digestive biscuits
  • liqueur or fruit juice of your choice to drizzle over biscuits
  • thick Greek yoghurt to decorate
  • candied orange peel strips
 

Method

 
Mix nuts, honey, ricotta cheese and candied peel. Crush biscuits and divide half between 6 small ramekins. Drizzle liqueur over. Spoon cheese mixture on top. Top with remaining crushed biscuits. Decorate with Greek yoghurt and candied orange peel.
