Creamy scrambled eggs

    eggs
  • 40
    ml
    fresh cream
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 25
    ml
    butter
  • 2
    slices of bread, toasted
  • 60
    g
    smoked salmon trout, thinly sliced
  • 10
    ml
    caviar, or fresh chives, chopped
 

Method

 
Break eggs into a bowl, add seasoning and 10 ml of the butter. Beat well with a fork. Melt remaining butter in a pan, pour in the eggs and cook over a moderate heat, stirring and scraping the mixture with a wooden spoon to form thick creamy flakes. Spoon egg on toast, top with salmon trout and caviar. Serve hot.
