Creamy mustard chicken

    chicken pieces
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 40
    ml
    butter
  • 400
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 400
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 50
    ml
    wholegrain mustard

Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease an ovenproof dish.
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the chicken until golden brown all over.
Put the fried chicken in the prepared dish. Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard and pour over the chicken pieces.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done and brown.
Serve the chicken with brown rice and broccoli.
