Creamy lobster, shrimp and mussel soup

    packet Creme da Lagosta (lobster soup)
  • 500
  • 250
  • 1
    handful of mussel meat
  • 1
    handful shelled and deveined prawns
  • 4 - 6
    mussels in the shells
  • 4 - 6
    prawns in shells
  • 5
    fish sauce
  • black pepper

Mix the soup powder with the water until the power has dissolved.
Heat the soup mixture, add the milk and the cream and heat until almost boiling.
Stir continuously.
Add the mussel meat, deveined prawns and fish sauce.
Bring to the boil.
Turn to the lowest setting where the soup is still gently boiling.
Add the mussels in the shell and the prawns in the shell, cook for about 5 minutes.
Flavour with black pepper.
Serve with fresh bread.
