    g
    jelly
  • 250
    ml
    boiling water
  • 250
    g
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 250
    ml
    ice cream
  • 125
    ml
    sugar (optional)
  • 16
    marshmallow Easter eggs
 

Method

 
Dissolve the jelly powder in the boiling water. Process the cottage cheese, ice cream and sugar in a food processor or whisk together. Add the jelly and mix. Chill the mixture until fairly firm. Take four glasses and place two Easter eggs in each. Divide half the jelly mixture between the four glasses. Place two Easter eggs on top of the puddings and spoon the remaining jelly mixture on top. Chill until needed. Serves 4.
