Creamy hot chocolate

    ml
    well-chilled thick cream
  • 30
    ml
    sugar
  • 250
    g
    good-quality dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • 1
    Litres
    milk
  • 8
    marshmallows
 

Method

 
Heat cream, sugar, chocolate and milk in a saucepan, stirring until mixture starts to simmer. Pour into 4 bowls and pop 2 marshmallows into each to melt. Serve.
