1.00	lemon — zest and juice
5.00 ml	fresh rosemary
10.00 ml	paprika
2.00	garlic — cloves
6.00	chicken breast fillets
20.00 ml	sunflower oil
250.00 g	brown mushrooms
125.00 ml	cream

Method:

Mix together lemon juice and zest, rosemary, paprika and garlic. Pour over chicken pieces, coating well. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat half the oil and fry
the chicken until browned. Remove from the pan.

Heat the remaining oil and fry mushrooms until tender.

Add chicken and cream to the pan and simmer for two minutes. Season to taste and serve with pasta or rice.
