Creamy berry dessert

  • 250
    g
    fresh raspberries, blueberries or mixed berries
  • 150
    ml
    whipping cream
  • 100
    ml
    thick Greek-style yoghurt
  • 20
    ml
    icing or castor sugar (or more to taste)
 

Method

 
Wash fresh berries well and purée half in a food processor or blender until smooth. Whip cream and fold into berry purée with yoghurt. Fold in remaining whole berries lightly, with icing sugar to taste. Divide mixture between 4 individual dessert glasses or bowls and serve.
