Creamy avocado sauce

    small ripe avocados
  • 4
    drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1
    lemon, juice only


Halve the avocados, remove the pips and scoop out all the flesh into a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Spoon into a small serving dish. Serve with Crispy Chiliguiles (see recipe).
