Creamy Gorgonzola and port spread with sugared raspberries

  • 250
    ml
    cream cheese
  • 200
    g
    Gorgonzola cheese
  • 30
    ml
    port
  • 30
    ml
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    fresh raspberries
  • melba toast or crackers, to serve
 

Method

 
Mix together the cheeses and port and place in a bowl. Cover until needed.
Just before serving, sprinkle the sugar over the berries.
Spread a dollop of cheese on Melba toast or crackers and top with a spoonful of berries.
Serve with a glass of port or chilled dessert wine.
