Ingredients (8)

6.00 bacon — rashers, chopped
50.00 ml butter
250.00 g brown mushrooms — sliced
250.00 g button mushrooms — sliced
150.00 ml sour cream — or cream
15.00 ml wholegrain mustard
Tabasco sauce — a few drops
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Fry the bacon in a little butter till done. Remove from the pan and stir-fry the mushrooms in the remaining butter till golden brown. Add the cream and the mustard and simmer till the cream thickens slightly. Season with the Tabasco sauce, and salt and black pepper.
Serve on toast.
Serves 3-4.
