Ingredients (8)

500.00 g black mushrooms — thickly sliced
60.00 ml butter
5.00 ml garlic — cloves, chopped
4.00 ml cornflour
5.00 ml mustard — powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper
dried tarragon
60.00 ml cream

Method:

Stir-fry mushrooms in heated butter with chopped garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
Sprinkle cornflour, mustard powder, a little salt and pepper and dried tarragon over. Gently stir in cream, and stir until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon over hot steaks.
