Cream of mushroom soup with prawns

    prawns

    ml
    water
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 1
    grated rind and juice of a lemon
  • 25
    ml
    finely chopped parsley
  • 30
    ml
    finely chopped chives
 

Method

Blend the cream of mushroom soup, prawns and their liquid, water and cream in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with lemon rind and juice and sprinkle with the parsley and chives. Serve with bread. Serves 2-3.
