Cream cheese with raisins soaked in verjuice

Time 5 minutes plus soaking and chilling time

Ingredients

  • 80
    g
    raisins on the stalk
  • 125
    ml
    verjuice
  • 250
    g
    goat's milk cheese
  • 250
    g
    cream cheese
  • biscuits or pear slices, to serve
 

Method

 
Soak raisins in verjuice overnight.
Line a mould or dish with clingwrap.
Mix cheeses together, tip into moulds and chill overnight.
When ready to serve, unmould cheese onto a large plate and pour raisins over.
Serve with biscuits or pear slices.
