Ingredients

  • 100

    soft butter
  • 500
    ml
    icing sugar
  • 125
    g
    smooth cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

 
1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Beat with an electric beater until smooth and creamy. Makes enough to top a loaf or square cake.
