    butter
  • 125
    g
    cream cheese
  • 210
    g
    castor sugar
  • 135
    g
    cake flour
  • 100
    g
    dark chocolate, melted
 

Method

Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Cream butter and cream cheese together until well blended. Beat in castor sugar and mix in flour. Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture on to a greased baking tray, allowing 5 cm between dough balls for spreading. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Cool on a baking rack. Spread with melted chocolate and leave to set. Store in an airtight container. Makes 36.
