Ingredients (9)

10 crayfish — tails
2 curry powder — shakes
2 garlic salt
4 sunflower oil
1 freshly ground black pepper
1 turmeric — ground
6 Worcestershire sauce — shakes
4 chutney
salt — to taste

Method:

Mix all the sauce ingredients and marinate the crayfish.

Braai gently over the coals for 15 minutes, all the while brushing the crayfish with your sauce.

Cut into diagonal slices and serve.
