Cranberry jam

Ingredients

  • 350
    g
    cranberries
  • 350
    g
    fructose
  • 1/2
    lemon, squeezed
 

Method

20 mins
 
Put cranberries into a pot and add fructose, add lemon (with pips).
Boil for 20 mins.
The result is a delicious jam that is not too sweet.
